How to develop self-discipline?
Once you have your goals set, they are inspiring, specific and with a deadline and you know how to motivate yourself, another key element to achieving your goals is self-discipline. It’s much easier to be disciplined when there is someone else who is assigning projects and giving you deadlines. For your own goals, projects, and deadlines you need to be much more disciplined. But once you master self-discipline it’s a breeze. How to do it? Here are my tips:
To sum it up, my tips are:
1. Be clear about the why
2. make a list and create a plan
3. Prevent overwhelm
4.Recognize your temptations and learn to eliminate them
5. Reward yourself for sticking to the plan
