It is still January so we want to make sure we have our goals for 2019 set properly. In the last episode, we discussed how to develop self-discipline. Today’s question is:

How to stop multitasking?

I have to admit that a few years back this was a huge topic for me. It felt almost painful to sit down and focus on one thing at a time. My mind was distracted and anxious.

What helped me incredibly much? Being clear about my end-goal, reasons why I want to get there, meditating and yin yoga.

Sometimes, I feel like I am not the same person I used to be, I changed so much. I hope that with time you can experience a similar transformation.

With that said, here are my tips on how to stop multitasking:

To quickly sum it up, my tips are:

  1. Number your to-do list
  2. Work in Intervals
  3. Be present
  4. Don’t let small tasks interrupt the big one
  5. Finish one task before you move to another
  6. Eliminate interruptions

Now I have a question for you:
